Specifically designed for men of all ages, this program delivers a varying health, fitness and wellness program with over 20 topics covering an extensive range of mens health challenges and a health and fitness maintenance program to help keep your achievements up there!

Bring a mate or come on your own. You don’t have to have been an old scholar of the schools. The program is designed for men of all ages and you can start the program at any time. If you have been umming and aaaring, it’s time to say “why not”!

Delivered by the very experienced and knowledgable Rick Cazaly and the elusive Guy Franklin this is a one of a kind professional program. Their expertise ensures a safe, effective, and enjoyable environment for participants of all fitness levels.

There’s an informal get together for a coffee following Thursday mornings sessions. If you’d like to catch up with some old scholars and friends, that starts around 8:00am to 8:30am at Banjos Bakery Main Rd Moonah.

HOLD YOUR BREATH! BIG news is that the program is designed to be delivered online and work is underway with some key volunteers to improve your fitness and wellness at home, while you are travelling, in another state or country, or just can’t get there in the morning! Program Details

  • When: Every Thursday, starting January 16, 2025, from 6:15 AM to 7:45 AM.
  • Where: The Pavilion at New Town Campus, Midwood Street, New Town.
  • What to Bring: Wear comfortable fitness attire, bring a drink bottle, a towel is useful, and come ready for activity.
  • Cost: $20 to be a member of the NTHOSA Inc. which covers insurances, public laibility etc. then just $5 per week (paid quarterly). First week free.
