Due to strong demand, we have added a Tuesday evening to the Boys of the Blue Triangle (BBT) Men’s Health Fitness and Wellness sessions. 6:15pm to 7:30pm starting Tuesday 14th July.
Specifically designed for men of all ages, this program delivers a varying health, fitness and wellness program with over 20 topics covering an extensive range of mens health challenges and a health and fitness maintenance program to help keep your achievements up there!
Delivered by the very experienced and knowledgable Rick Cazaly this is a one of a kind professional program. Rick’s expertise ensures a safe, effective, and enjoyable environment for participants of all fitness levels.
Bring a mate or come on your own. You don’t have to have been an old scholar of the schools. The program is designed for men of all ages and you can start the program at any time. If you have been umming and aaaring, it’s time to say “why not”!
There’s an informal get together for a coffee, a drink or a meal following Tuesday evening sessions. If you’d like to catch up with new friends for a chat, head to Cooleys Hotel Main Rd Moonah straight after.

Program Details
- When: Every Tuesday, starting July 14th 2026, from 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm.
- Where: The Pavilion at New Town Campus, Midwood Street, New Town.
- What to Bring: Wear comfortable fitness attire, bring a drink bottle, a towel is useful, and come ready for activity.
- Cost: $20 to be a member of the NTHOSA Inc. which covers insurances, public laibility etc. then just $5 per week (paid quarterly).
- There is no extra cost for anyone already registered. You can go to any of the sessions on Tuesday evening, Thursday morning, and Sunday morning all for $5 per week.
