NTHOSA Inc. is a not for profit organisation. The Health Fitness and Wellness program is an initiative of NTHOSA Inc. and is self funding and not for profit. The health fitness and wellness program is a community support initiative specifically designed to assist men of all ages to improve their health fitness and wellness through a comprehensive structured program. The program is available to all men not just those who attended any of the New Town and Tech schools. There are a number of men who attended other schools enjoying the program already. All this for only $5 a week!!
